Registration & Abstract submission

The European Plant Phenomics Symposium (EPPS) 2025 will take place  from  16^th-19^th September, 2025 in Bonn.

We recommend all EPPS participants to book your accomodation as soon as possible, as a number of events are taking place in the Cologne-Bonn region in September 2025.

What is included?

• Access to hands on sessions on 16^th of September

• Access to all sessions in the plenary building on 17^th-19^th of September

• Free wifi in the conference center

• Access to the exhibit hall and poster sessions

• Lunch, coffee breaks and snacks during the conference

• Conference dinner

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will be honored only if received in writing to: epps@fz-juelich.de 

A EUR 20 processing fee will apply to all cancelled registrations.

There will be no refunds for requests received after the deadline, 1^st of September 2025.

No-shows are non-refundable.

In the case that the organization cancels the EPPS due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee will be reimbursed.

We will not reimburse travel and accommodation costs or other expenses.
