The EPPS Organizing Committee and IPPN are excited to announce the launch of a dedicated Early Career Professionals Network (ECPN) at the European Plant Phenomics Symposium 2025 in Bonn. We are seeking passionate & driven Early Career researchers & industry Professionals (ECPs) to form an inaugural ECPN Forum.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a vibrant, global community dedicated to supporting upcoming plant phenotyping professionals. The ECPN aims to establish a sustainable platform for collaboration, advocacy, knowledge exchange, & professional development, extending beyond the EPPS symposium to encompass an international network that operates on an ongoing basis.
Our Vision
We aim to empower early career professionals (ECPs) in plant phenomics worldwide by focusing on:

Continuity: The ECPN will provide ongoing value to a global audience of ECPs, operating consistently beyond individual symposiums.

Regular Engagement: We will hold consistent virtual or in-person meetings at least once a year to foster dialogue, resource exchange, networking, and collaboration.

Strategic Communication: We will maintain open communication with key stakeholders, including major international networks and national infrastructures.

Advocacy & Feedback: We will provide a platform for ECPs to voice their needs to employers, funders, mentors, and trainers.
